Wintrust Community Banks

In 2023 Wintrust Community Banks received the award for ranking highest in the J.D. Power U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study in the Illinois Region for the second consecutive year. As a reward for their employee base, Wintrust sought to create an employee incentive store that would allow every employee to select a gift of either a branded promotional product or apparel piece. They opted to partner with IAS Branding to develop the online ordering platform, produce the branded product, and fulfill the orders shipping to 19 different branch locations. Employees were given a one-time-use promo code to place their orders on the online platform. Over the course of a week, over 1000 products were ordered, and they were produced, sorted, and shipped within 3 weeks of closing the ordering portal.
